A week in the life of a STAMP Lead Infrastructure Engineer Lead:

  • Lead Implementation of computing initiatives and platforms.
  • Create and use monthly global dashboard to provide unyielding quality assurance reviews.
  • Manage 6 global teams and multiple vendors worldwide to audit IT-specific requests.
  • Provide 3 service improvement plans; screen and select vendors; and manage contract administration for third-party service providers.  
  • Manage server computing environment.
  • Manage all aspects from architecture to implementation of a large-scale project to modernize data centers, impacting users in multiple locations.  
  • Assist with modernization of all desktops and network infrastructure.  
  • Lead migration of legacy messaging environments to a single state-of-the-art system used by employees.

If this position is performed from Colorado, pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $115,600-$193,100. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Pursuant to Colorado law, the actual compensation paid for this position may be outside of this range. Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years of recent and relevant experience. 
  • One of the following: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) OR Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) OR Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) OR Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), OR Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) OR Microsoft MCSA, MCSE or replacement certification. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise teams, service delivery metrics, and ensure compliance with SLAs. 
  • Domain expertise: ITSM, System Tools, Virtualization, Security, PaaS, IaaS, IaC. 
  • Technical skills: ITIL/ITSM frameworks, Office 365, Exchange, Teams, Skype & SharePoint, Windows Server, AWS, Azure & Google, VMware, InfoSec, Security Endpoint Configuration Management. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.  Ability to coordinate across large groups of people at multiple levels
