Wanted: An experiencedCredentialing Mission Lead, a lead position for several IT environments transforming/migrating intowith demonstratedexperience in planning, directing,andcoordinatingactivities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computerprogramming;proven experience in customer facing, data management, infrastructure support, cultivating long-term client and stakeholder relationships in the information technology space.

A week in the life of aCredentialing Mission Lead:

  • Be responsible for the leadership of large cross-functional teams over-seeing a portfolio of network, VMware, Windows, application teams,architects, and Project Sponsorsusing Agile, Lean andITSM.
  • BringITSM and process improvement into O&M scope of services resulting in program maturity measurement and score carding.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects moving projects to next phase, removing blockers, aligning Kanban board to reflect projects in each phase.
  • Lead Daily Stand-Up meetings, ensure Scrum rulesarefollowed and addresstechnicalteam concerns regarding rules of Scrum huddles.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Mastersand Development teamsto automate system alerts within ITSMtools, documenting alert emails to key stakeholders for the awareness of system issues that may need immediate attention; use retrospect during Sprints to understand which user stories worked.
  • Spearhead the delivery of infrastructure builds, retirements, and refresh projects, following Lean, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

If this position is performed from Colorado, pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is$96,300-$160,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Pursuant to Colorado law, the actual compensation paid for this position may be outside of this range. Job Requirements
  • A minimumof12 years ofrecent and relevantexperience.
  • ITIL V4certification
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, information technology management, or a related field.
  • Preferred domain expertiseneeded:Program Management,Process Management, andITSM/ITIL.
  • Preferred technical skills:Agile Program leadership,SDLC,Change Management,Lean Six Sigma,ITIL v4 processes.
  • Preferred additional certifications:PMP,Scrum Master. Security+
  • Previous Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel clearance preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with and knowledge of TSA's mission priorities, systems, and applications preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to coordinate across large groups of people at multiple levels.
