Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to work in the Product Engineering field where you'll interact with multiple disciplines in the New Product Development life cycle. This position works closely with design, manufacturing, marketing, applications, test, operations, and more through all phases of product development. If you like the challenges of day to day diversity and change, this is the opportunity to explore!

In addition to new product development, you may also be assigned product ownership of multiple released products. In this role you will monitor and sustain product performance while coordinating with manufacturing, yield, applications, marketing, failure analysis, and direct customer interactions which may include some travel at times.

Anticipated Job Responsibilities
  • Act as Project Manager or provide support to a Project Manager for New Product Development to release new products for production
  • Assume ownership of assigned masks for released products in production to monitor and sustain product performance and profitability
  • Provide technical assistance for customer returns as needed
  • Provide support to other team members for various product support needs as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BSEE or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience, or MSEE or equivalent.
  • Fundamental understanding of non-volatile memory operation a plus
  • Familiarity with product life cycles a plus
  • Ability to read and follow C/C++ program code
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks/assignments
  • Proven debug and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft tools to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Limited familiarity with setup and use of lab test equipment
  • Ability to work individually, with local team members, and with off-site and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze and present data with clarity and proficiency

Pay Range:

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in Colorado, is $64,000 - $95,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
