Hours: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM five days per week (40 hours); must be available Monday-Sunday as shift may vary

JOB SUMMARY: May perform any combination of the following duties: compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker productions sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using different word processing techniques. This position receives, records, and distributes work orders to Material Schedule Coordinators upon customers' requests for service. Records information, such as name, address, facility to be repaired, or service to be rendered, prepares work order and distributes to the appropriate individuals. The Production Control Clerk calls or writes the customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service, keeps record of service calls and work orders, may dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using radio or cellular telephone equipment. Analyzes, inputs, reviews, and updates statistical/contractual reports and database entries for accuracy, calculating such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defect, and worker and department production rates, using various office methods. Additional tasks include writing production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess excellent Customer Service and Computer Skills, Focuses on Quality, Problem Solving, General Maintenance Knowledge, Documentation/Listening Skills, Phone/Printer Fax Competency, Conflict Resolution, Analyzing Information and Multi-tasking
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word Skills
  • Familiarization with Computer Maintenance Management System, (CMMS), GFEBS a plus
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must be vaccinated in accordance with all Executive Orders, Government mandates or requirements, contractual requirements and company policy
