Valiant is seeking an HVAC maintenance technician for work in a hospital environment:

• Installs, inspects, maintains and operates heating, ventilation, air condition and refrigeration systems.
• Completes routine inspections and monitors status of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
• Completes building rounds as assigned Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
• Performs minor and major repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
• Estimates repair times and cost to HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
• Makes adjustments to HVAC equipment utilizing Building Management Systems as necessary to optimize performance and for seasonal adjustments.
• Documents work using the DMLSS work order system.
• Assists others in maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Experience with Building Automation Controls Systems (BAS) (Tridium Niagra 4) a huge plus.
• After hours work may be necessary.

Pay Rate:
The rate for this position is $35.02/hr for day shift and $40.25/hr for nights/weekends. However, Valiant considers several factors, including but not limited to, market data, business considerations, internal equity, the role and responsibilities of the position, a candidate's work experience, education, and training, when extending an offer.
