The Strategic Technology Analysis Group, part of System Planning and Analysis Inc.'s Space and Intelligence Division, offers sophisticated capabilities (people, process & tools) to resolve unique problems in space, cyber, and special operations in support to military services, Secretary of Defense offices (OSD) and theater warfighters. Our portfolio includes the Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Space Acquisition & Integration (SAF/SQ), Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC), Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP), National Space Defense Center (NSDC), Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC), Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO), US Space Command (USSPACECOM) and US Space Force (USSF). SPA has an immediate need for a highly qualified signals intelligence (SIGINT) analyst to support SpOC's Delta 3, ISR Provisional (ISR-P) by providing senior level interface with USSF divisions to coordinate intelligence related actions between organizations. The contractor shall provide technical expertise/advice to senior leadership on FISINT analysis and production to include system development, refinement and execution of Indications & Warning (I&W): developing and maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP), and products associated with other operational intelligence to support USSF. The contractor shall attend technical exchange meeting, intelligence support working group and other meeting as required/directed.
Duties:
- Receive, track, and respond to formal tasks prioritized by the ISR-P government lead. Provide status updates to government leads
- Maintain technical proficiency via in-house or other intelligence training programs
- Provide inputs for the Monthly Status Report; provide update to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as required
- Work with community experts to obtain status updates for the ISR-P tracker database; attend working groups and provide status update briefs as required
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead and execute projects and out brief results to senior leadership
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, oral presentation and executive writing skills

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Salary pay range: $120,000 to $130,000
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, plus 5-10 yrs. applicable experience (experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree)
- Service or IC direct SIGINT experience
- Experience supporting USSF, SpOC, DoD or NRO space systems
- Excellent writing skills
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for the position
- Willing to be administered a Counter Intelligence (CI) Poly
Preferred Skills:
- Business or process management
- Knowledge and familiarity with current Defense Department ISR efforts supporting space
- Staff experience supporting DoD agencies within the past 5 years
- Experience supporting Service HQ or DoD Agency or IC staffs
