Overview

Summary

The Public Sector Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the contracts for our SLED/FED businesses. This will include working with our regions to get on the appropriate contracts, monitoring and maintaining the status of those contracts, and providing the necessary reporting. The goal for this role is to help enable the regions to grow their revenue in the SLED/FED markets.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

    Creates contract audit reporting and contract compliance guides
  • Revamps Sales Audit Report Templates to ensure C1 is compliant with all contracts/awards
  • Collaborates with RVPs and DSO-SLED on regional training (quoting & ordering) and sales enablement for Sales and Sales Operations Teams
  • Collaborates with Maintenance and Managed Services Director on regional training and sales enablement for Maintenance and Managed Service Team
  • Audits monthly and quarterly Sales Audit Reports for accuracy
  • Addresses any compliance issues with Sales and/or Sales Operations
  • Partners with SLED RVPs to expand contract use within region to grow territory
  • Collaborates with Marketing DSOs and T&D to develop customer education and marketing
  • Attends national public sector contract conferences
  • Partners with SLED Sales Management and Contract/Legal on new contract solicitation determination/bid proposals
  • Manages all new public sector contracts/awards to ensure all compliance requirements are met between
  • Marketing, HR, Finance, SLED Sales Management, and Sales Operations
  • Collaborates with Contract Administrator (Suzanne Walther) to manage contract requirements
  • Manages and updates SLED Procurement Contract CONNECT site
  • Completes all weekly, quarterly, monthly reporting and marketing events and sales forecasting
  • Maintains Contract Price List management in GP Dynamics
  • Handles all general contract management- Main contact, review contract updates, contract modifications
  • On boards all new contracts
  • Assists with integrations where there are GSA and/or SLED contracts
  • Works with regional DSO's and marketing to ensure that all required marketing events are held
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience working with the SLED/Fed Contract Vehicles
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Analytical skills to develop plans for reporting, monitoring, and generating new contracts

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 year College degree
  • Familiarity with reporting tools

Pay Range

$55,000 - $85,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
