Responsibilities

As a member of a world-class team, you will assist Keysight's customers by providing timely and effective technical support in the use and selection of Keysight instruments and software. Every day you will have the opportunity to impact the success of multiple customers working on the forefront of technology in a variety of application areas.

  • Develop and maintain expertise with Keysight's families of real time and sampling oscilloscopes, bit error ration testers (BERTs), pulse generators, logic analyzers, and photonics test instuments
  • Engage with customers, sales and/or service representatives to deliver customer application and technical support, solving technical questions of varied scope and complexity
  • Work closely with a team of application engineers to ensure customer interactions are handled with a highly satisfying level of customer service
  • Use a case management system to track your customer interactions, document each case resolution, and ensure customer commitments are satisfied
  • Take proactive actions to remain current on new Keysight products and the applications they are used in

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess most or all the following skills:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of applicable experience as a test engineer, application engineer, or design validation engineer
  • Solid experience in use of electronic test and measurement instruments and test automation software
  • Programming skills that may include .NET, C#, C++, VB, Python
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical subjects over the phone and through email
  • Self-motivated to investigate and learn Keysight products and the applications they are used in
  • Ability to effectively interface with customers; experience in technical sales and/or customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in assisting multiple customers every day
    Spanish and/or Portuguese communication skills are a plus, as we support international customers across the Americas
  • We are unable to sponsor for a work Visa for this role. Candidates must have the permanent right to work in the US

This position is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Colorado Pay range: MIN $96,000.00- Max $160,000.00/Year

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
